Cancellation Policy

Effective 14 August 2026

Subscriptions are purchased for a defined paid period and cannot be cancelled during that period.

End of subscription

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. They end at the close of the paid period, with no further subscription charge.

Prorated initial charge

When a subscription starts, its fee is calculated in proportion to the days remaining in the current period.
