Intelssoft, Inc. operates S3sync. This policy explains how we handle personal and service information.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you contact us or use S3sync, including contact and account information, messages, billing-related information, and information associated with migration jobs and service activity. Our website uses PostHog to collect product analytics.

How we use information

We use information to operate, secure, support, improve, and bill for S3sync; respond to requests; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate S3sync, including payment processing and product analytics providers, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

By default, we retain information in our primary database for one year. After one year, it is transferred to archival storage. You may request deletion by emailing support@s3sync.app.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. You may also disable analytics cookies through your browser settings. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
