Terms of Service

S3sync is operated by Intelssoft, Inc., 612 North Columbus Avenue, Suite 105, Glendale, CA 91203, United States (“Intelssoft,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms govern your use of S3sync.

The service

S3sync provides a web-based control plane and agents for moving and managing data between S3-compatible storage services. You are responsible for the data, systems, credentials, permissions, network paths, and cloud-storage accounts you connect to the service.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use S3sync only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access to systems or data, or violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Fees and payment

Prices are shown in USD. S3sync may charge for subscriptions and for traffic processed through the service, as described on the Pricing page. By making a payment, you authorise the applicable charge. Payments for S3sync services are processed by Stripe on behalf of Intelssoft, Inc. Payment processing is subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.

Subscriptions

A subscription remains active through the end of its paid period. The fee charged when a subscription starts is prorated according to the days remaining in that period. Subscriptions do not renew automatically and end at the close of the paid period.

Our Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Service Delivery Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when we do. For questions, contact support@s3sync.app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. The courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the service.
