S3sync is a digital, web-based service. No physical products are shipped.

What you receive

After access is granted, you can use the S3sync dashboard and agents to configure, run, and monitor migrations between S3-compatible storage services. Availability of particular plans and features is described on the Pricing page.

Delivery timing

Service access is provided electronically. Migration progress and completion depend on your configuration, source and destination systems, permissions, network capacity, provider limits, and the volume of data involved.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for correctly configuring your storage connections, maintaining required permissions, and verifying the results of a migration.
